Laboratory tests

On this page you will find all the information about the different areas of research in the KEAC laboratory, and the kind of research we offer.

Nutrient or chemical deficiencies have a negative effect on our health. Optimal values in the blood are not the same for everyone and there are differences between men, women and children. Such differences are even more significant when one takes into account  pregnant women or individuals who are seriously ill. The differences between normal, emergency and reproductive biochemistries ensure that different reference values must be considered. But even more important is biochemical individuality. This means that reference ranges and individual values can vary hugely, even amongst healthy individuals. In addition, stress, the use of medications, or stimulants (alcohol, drugs and tobacco) and exposure to harmful substances, increase the need for essential nutrients.
